Troy C. Pacheco is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, Medic First Aid Instructor and Specialty Instructor. He has over 11 years of diving experience and over 17 years of freediving experience. His passion is for first class instruction and giving his students the professioanl training they need. (Pictured on far left holding the spear gun)
